Jolted back to reality 

Final exam. The most stressful time of any students’ life. Plagued with anxiety and expectations we often contemplate on giving up. 

Through the tears and the heartache we manage to pull ourselves together as we are struck by a jolt of inspiration as we are reminded of our ultimate reasons and goals for putting ourselves through this.

When losing hope here’s some things to do to keep you going:

  • Keep your goals in mind. Make it  your wallpaper, make a poster reiterating your goals, post it up anywhere you can access it easily and reflect on it everytime you feel like giving up.
  • Make a list of all the benefits you would receive from achieving your goals.
  • Have designated relax days. Don’t over work yourself. Give yourself some time to clear your mind and regenerate yourself.
  • Don’t beat yourself up. Some days may be successful whereas some days things may not work out. Don’t give up when things don’t go your way.
